DANI PEDROSA
(2nd-1:53.979): “I am really satisfied with the way that we have made continual improvements in each of the sessions. This is another new circuit for me on the 250 and I need time to gather some references. My lap time today was good because it was much warmer than yesterday and that always makes things more difficult, also because this is where Aprilia do a lot of their testing. I think that there are several riders in contention tomorrow, but I will just concentrate on my own race and get the best possible result. Tyre choice will be crucial.”
HIROSHI AOYAMA
(11th-1:55.627): “Yesterday I improved by three seconds and today I knocked off another one and a half - I have to be happy with that. The key is to learn the different braking points, which is where you make up a lot of time. I am on the third row so it will be important to make a good start tomorrow to be able to follow the lead group – I’m sure that I can improve my lap time even further as I get to know the circuit even little better.”
ALBERTO PUIG
(Team Manager): “My reflections are positive because this is a difficult circuit and it’s our first time here with the 250. Dani went really well because second place on the grid here is always difficult and Hiro has also improved a lot. Now we just have to choose exactly which tyre we want tomorrow and hope for a bit of luck in the race, which should make for good viewing.”
